Finally Back...

... at the gym today. The muscle pull was a little more extensive than I initially thought.

However, I have been supplementing p0tassium and it seems to have done the trick.

1016 steps in 6 mins.

Nearly 3 mins on the Ellipt1cal. [I hate that thing!]

Half a mile in 9:16 on the treadm1ll.

*AND*

30 mins of laps in the p00l.

My legs are noodles.
