Week One Project Back-On-Track

Well. I have been a real slug about keeping things going here.

First off -- THANK YOU to all those who happened by.

I'm not sure whether it was the 'new year' motivational-frenzy or my lovely 'girls' which magically appeared. [Well, they never really magically appear. They have an entire ENTITY of their own.]

Whatever the reason. WELCOME

Excuse me, I just got called away by the QueenMother for toilet duty. No. It's not what you're thinking. The tank water wouldn't stop filling and I needed to watch it for sure.

Yeah. Or something. My brain hurts from trying to figure out how to explain what I fixed, but it seems to be working now. Sorry for the brief departure.

Here's the week's recap:

My goals for last week included cutting sugar out of my diet. Check.

And adding some sort of work-out at least 4 days. I rode the stationary bike two days for 7 miles. So I completed HALF my weekly goal. This week will be better.

I did WATCH several of my favorite exercise videos... but I did not actively participate. I guess that doesn't count.

I did purchase CARDIO BOOTCAMP. But, I haven't watched it yet.

AND I ordered two new bras, so those should be arriving this week. Check back, you never know what kind of pictures you'll find [right B?] Besides, I also bought a new digital camera AND sewing machine this week...

There'll be lots of 'fun' afoot.
