This is a blank page... well practically.

I have had to review my life and make some serious changes.

I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. I am trying to control it thru diet and exercise.

I have been overweight all my life.

This is my struggle.

My father and his father before him died from the ravages of Diabetes.

If I don't want the same future, I must work to change my lifestyle.
