So Far...

... today, I've done well with the eating.

Cereal for breakfast -- AND at a decent hour.

For me that's the key and very difficult to do. I have a tendency to wait until it's too late and then am so hungry. I read somewhere that D1abetics are suppose to eat within 30 minutes of rising. I figure coffee counts, but I really want to try to stay on the schedule.

That's been the most difficult thing for me this 'time' around.

Eating on a schedule.

Breakfast before 10:30. Lunch at Noon and Dinner at 5 pm. Small snack at bed to keep the sugar levels up thru the night.

I made salad for lunch, mine was with grilled chicken breast.

The tough part will be dinner at 5 pm tonight. I've got to teach, so a snack will be in order.

Here's hoping I can stick with the schedule... at least the next few days.
