From the Sick-Room

Forgive me, I've been sick.

I've been eating okay, when I can eat.

The last two days have been PERFECT for an outdoor bike ride.

Too back I've not been physically up to it.

Soon!

I really think I need to find a work-out partner. I can't make myself be accountable even when I am healthy.

Dammit.
