... of P*T.Until some of the inflammation goes down, there's not a whole lot they can do. Some heat, electrodes and ultrasound.
It seems to be helping some. It's slow... very slow.
I've had to keep taking the pain killers too. I'm not crazy at ALL about the predn1sone. It will keep me up and make me hungry and gain weight. OF COURSE.
I just keep trying.
It's warm here today and I'm hoping I can talk Mom into making me a salad. Nothing elaborate, just something nice and cool.
