... just over-drive!Inflammation is still in high gear.
I had an MR1 done and I've got some hern1ation as well as nerves that are crunched. My left foot is numb.
I've got another week or so of P*T and then I meet with the neur0-surgeon on 7/6.
Still trying to eat well...
