I've been futzing around w/the layout today and I really don't have a whole lot more to add, but didn't want to leave just the RINGS page as the last entry.

Yeah.

Snack:

wheat crackers w/pepperoni cheese
1/3 cup nuts

Dinner:

4 oz. pork grilled
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cabbage w/plum tomato

'Night.
